How do I contact The Pershing Pointe sales office?
When is The Pershing Pointe leasing office open?
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where are the Pershing Pointe Villas located?
We are conveniently located on on the corner of Deacon Dr. and Holleman. You can google “Pershing Pointe Villas” and it should get you here!
How do I get to campus?
We are conveniently located just a short 2.7 miles from campus.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, parking is available.
What floor plans do you offer?
We offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Visit our floor plans page to learn more.
We're wanting to buy furniture, how big is the ___________ room?
We know the challenge of moving in, who needs to worry about whether or not your dream sofa will fit? Or where the washer and dryer connections are? You can find a set of specific dimensions available in this detailed set of architectural drawings.
Do you have a maintenance staff?
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
What lease terms do you offer?
We only offer 12 month leases, generally running from summer to summer.
How do I pay rent?
You’re welcome to pay at the leasing office during business hours by check or money order, or you can pay online by clicking here.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. Rent is considered late beginning on the 4th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 4th.
I’m an international student — what do I need to sign my lease?
You will need your passport and I-20 form. Please call our office if you have any additional questions.
